With reference to the Government Notification of the 7th Instant inviting Tenders for the conveyance of convict to Penang, I beg to offer the Barque "Isabella Blyth" of the burthen of 443 Tons or thereabouts, for that purpose, at the rate of Thirty five (35) Dollars per head, the vessel finding the usual provisions.
The Isabella Blyth will sail at Noon tomorrow.
An early answer to my address, to the care of Messrs Jardine, Matheson & Co. will oblige.
